Invictus: The Bloodlines of the Invictus

While Bloodlines, special distinctions of the Blood that emerge as offshoots from their base Clans, are more a matter of Clan than of Covenant, it still makes sense to help Invictus players find other potential Invictus contacts as prospects for joining a Bloodline in the future.

With the new Requiem system, you do not have to be born into a Bloodline. Once of the appropriate Blood Potency, you can change your blood to join one with only an exertion of willpower.

Summary:	Known as the Tsars, the kindred of House Derzhava are known to be both well-connected information broker and curriers of secrets and favors with unparalleled grace. Coming from primarily Russian and Venetian stock, the House boasts a number of Elders; however the secretive nature of the Tsars keeps anyone from getting a fully tally of their membership, or even anything beyond the rumors of their existance. Some consider this a Ventrue lienage, while others still whisper rumors of Daeva, Mekhet, or even Nosferatu blood within the line.

Eastern Lords
Summary:	With but a glimpse one might say that Hungary was a land of tormented people, a land of invaders. Romans, Huns, Lombards, Gepids, Slavs, Avars, even the Franks ruled briefly before the Magyars settled into the Pannonian plains. Each invader, each settler added their strength to the greater whole. Harsh in presence, dominating in personality, and devout in their convictions the Magyars proved the only ones with the military prowess, political acumen, and sheer force of will to unite and subjugate the mélange that had become the populace of Hungary. It was the Magyars, the founders of the Árpád dynasty, which forged the Kingdom of Hungary. It was the Magyars that birthed the brothers of Farkas.

Summary:	The Traders are fairly new in the greater scheme of things. Drawing ranks from the more mecantile aspects of the mortal realm the traders are ruthless busnessmen. Through the use of the potent weapon of fear they manipulate the courts of kindred as smoothly as any marketplace or stock exchange. These Ventrue businesmen most often take the role as middle men running things from the shadows and exploit everyone around them, everything has a price.

The Taifa
Summary:	The Taifa originated many centuries ago in the Middle East. After warring for years against European Kindred, many ultimately joined the Invictus and spread throughout Europe and, later, North America. These nights, there are Taifa from every nationality and ethnicity. Taifa are the noble line of the Gangrel, holding themselves to a higher standard than their clanmates. However, unlike the Ventrue, they do not believe this nobility makes them better than other Kindred. They merely believe it is their duty to set an example and to rule when necessary.
